We’re partnering with Alberta ACORN to bring you our Housing Affordability Bootcamp!
Join us on September 9th from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Good Neighbour Community Market - 149 5 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T2G 5T1 to learn the skills you need to advocate for your community. A snack and lunch will be provided.
You’ll get to meet with Calgary’s community leaders and learn all there is to know about affordable housing, zoning issues, and rent control. You’ll also have the opportunity to build the skills you need to speak at council, form a tenant union, and more.
When you register, you’ll receive an email confirming that you’ve signed up. Then, a couple of days before the event, you’ll receive a reminder email with all of the bootcamp details.
